After witnessing and experiencing the benefits of IV therapy, it's become my obsession. My joy is making the journey to feeling like yourself again, the most nourishing experience possible.
Coming face to face with burnout myself, and navigating the journey of recovery, I share openly and passionately about learning to live the dynamic flow between Feminine/Masculine, Rest/Productivity, Outward/Inward flowing energy and the core of it all, our relationship to self, our body, and our mind/thoughts.
Outside of the clinic you'll find me reading, making a fancy hot or cold beverage or running around in the nearest conservation area with my boys & my only girl, our dog Zelda.
I come with a breath of experience in healthcare beginning bedside in long term care, as a Respiratory Therapist in Hamilton’s Trauma Centre ICU and ER, and now as a combination of Naturopathic Doctor and caretaker of my boy's bumps and bruises, tummy aches, earaches and more…
